RES COUNCIL MINUTES

May 8, 2024

In Attendance: Hydee Edwards, Jerry Salmon, Jasmine Olsen, Katie Nelson, Erin Wirzba, Erin Salmon, Katie Ryan, Bonnie Fromm, Julie Vereschagin

Principal’s Business:

-How class placements work

-2/3 grade combined class & 3 Kindergarten 2 am/1 pm

-Report Cards: Defining what does Excelling, Achieving, Developing, Beginning look like?

Spring Family Movie Night:

-May 31^st 8:00 pm for concessions and finding spots

-Concessions: popcorn & pop free

-Making popcorn afternoon of May 31^st (3 volunteers)

-Manpower to set up/take down 

-Concessions (3 from student council?)

-Supplies: 3 cases of pop need to by 4 more, popcorn jugs (70 brown paper bags per jug), oil & salt from school, ice for water cooler, plenty of cups in cupboard.

Grade 6 Celebration:

-Meaningful & not long

Other Business:

-Council Positions for election - Secretary
